Refund Policy

Product sold are not refundable.

Our frozen products must be stored in freezer condition upon reception. Our drivers are not allowed to leave the frozen products at your doorstep due to the nature of the delivery and to ensure that quantity received are as per your order.

Baking instructions are indicated as guideline only and result may vary depending on type of oven used.

For any change in delivery address for orders already processed, please contact our office via ''Contact us'', we will do our best to fulfill your needs.  If not, please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive the goods; failed delivery will be reschedule the next working day and additional delivery surcharge of $8.00 will be charge.
