Dusted lightly with flour and crafted for a hearty texture, these rustic sandwich breads offer a rich, satisfying crumb and crust. Pre-scored with two convenient cuts, they are ready to be filled with your favourite ingredients, making them ideal for gourmet sandwiches, café-style meals, or creative home cooking.

PREPARATION & SERVING:

• Place the frozen bread on a baking grid
• Bake in a forced-air oven at 190°C for 8-10 minutes (until gold)
• Allow bread to cool for approximately 15 minutes before serving
