PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The Délifrance Black Olive Bread (320g) celebrates the harmony of Mediterranean flavour and French baking craft. Each loaf combines premium wheat flour and aromatic herbs with the robust, briny depth of black olives. Part-baked for convenience, it delivers a rustic crust and tender crumb once finished in the oven — perfect for serving warm alongside salads, antipasti, or cheese boards. Whether for professional kitchens or artisanal home enjoyment, this bread brings the soul of the Mediterranean to your table.

PERFECT FOR:

  • Pairing with Mediterranean salads and cheeses.

PREPARATION & SERVING:

  • Defrost for 15–20 minutes at room temperature.
  • Bake in a forced-air oven for 10–15 minutes at 190–200°C.
  • Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
  • Do not refreeze once thawed.

STORAGE NOTES:

Store frozen at -18°C. Shelf life: 12 months from production date. Once thawed, bake immediately and consume fresh.
