Mango Passion Layer Cake

Le Mangue Passion 770g. Between two almonds Joconde biscuits, some mango cubes coated with a Bavarian cream with dairy cream and mango, seasoned with a touch of green lemon, all topped with a Bavarian cream with dairy cream and passion fruits. The Mango Passion Joconde is decorated with an embossed cream, a yellow glaze, sprinkled with grated coconuts. Thaw and serve product, 8 to 12 pieces. Non halal certified but contains no pork, lard or alcohol.
