Le Cappuccino 700g. On a Joconde almonds biscuit, a layer of hazelnut crunch and fine crisp wafers covered by a coffee Bavaroise cream and also by a second Joconde almonds biscuit soaked in a coffee syrup, topped by a second plain avaroise cream. The cappuccino entremets is covered by a transparent glaze and topped with a chocolate decoration "Cappuccino". Thaw and serve product, 8 to 12 pieces. Non halal product (no pork, no lard).
