L'Artisan Baguette Poolish 285g, Frozen Par Bake (Oven 8-10 min at 190 degrees). It is made from a recipe of pre-fermented Poolish dough which gives a golden, crispy crust, a light cream-coloured crumb, with a light , erated texture and delicate aromatic notes of cereals. A long bulk fermentation allows the aroma to develop along with the aerated crumb, typical of rustic breads. Your classic artisan baguette for everyday use.
